Position
For its rapidly expanding subsidiary in Moscow, the company is now hiring a Chief Financial Officer
(CFO) Russia (m/f) based at their local headquarters in Moscow. The position is designed to encompass all financial and operational activities of the organization in Russia, resembling somewhat a
COO position with special Finance responsibility. On the forefront of the position you will be in charge of the complete financial spectrum of reporting, planning and budgeting, financial analysis and controlling. Besides, one focus will be to continuously monitor and optimize all administrative processes and commercial decisions within the organization to ensure a controlled further growth of the company. In addition, your responsibilities include logistics, internal organization, Customer Service, IT and Human Resources. In this position you will be reporting to the Managing Director Russia and – on financial matters in a “dotted line” - to the International Chief Financial Officer in Germany directly.
Qualification
This challenging position requires a business degree with focus on finance/controlling as well as at least 5 - 10 years of relevant professional experience in an industrial environment, ideally durable or semidurable capital goods or FMCG. Technically you should possess sound knowledge of local and
international standards (IFRS) in tax and status reporting, treasury, financial planning, and a strong
background in controlling and analysis. Furthermore prior experiences in the field of logistics plus a
background in IT, Customer Service, and HR management would be very much appreciated as well.
Personally you pursue a systematic, structured and reliable way of work. In addition to your affinity to finance you possess pronounced social competencies for intercultural behaviour, teamwork and people management. You are target driven and dynamic, and you view your role as an important contribution to the business development of the entire enterprise. You should speak Russian and English fluently, with working knowledge of German and a background in SAP being an additional asset.
